MILLING

We manufacture complex mechanical parts using 5-axis milling for customers in Switzerland and worldwide, with high precision and excellent surface quality. Our capacity reaches 10 metres and 20 tonnes. Modern CAD/CAM systems enable us to create efficient CNC programs. We use standardised, high-precision clamping tools throughout production. Our deburring department ensures that each part meets the required technical and surface finish specifications. Intermediate inspections on 3D measuring machines provide recorded results. Automation supports efficient production. Additional manufacturing steps are completed in-house or by qualified partners to deliver finished assemblies. We strictly follow the ISO9001 EN9100 AS9100 standards.
